​Power yoga is a dynamic, fitness-based, and vigorous style of yoga that blends athletic with strength work. Active movements. Mix of standing and seated poses. 

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, athletic style of yoga that links breath to movement, creating a continuous "flow" between poses. Known as "flow yoga," it emphasizes smooth transitions over holding poses. Active movements. Mix of standing and seated poses.

​Rise yoga generally refers to energizing, morning-focused, or transformative yoga practices designed to awaken the body and mind. Active movements. Mix of standing and seated poses.

Note: Poses are mostly reclined/seated/calm/restful. Yin and restorative yoga are both slow-paced, focused on stillness and using props, but they have different goals: Yin yoga targets connective tissues through deep, long-held stretches to increase flexibility, while Restorative yoga uses maximum support to completely relax the body and soothe the nervous system
