This class focuses on how the practices of Pranayama (breath work), Asana (postures) and Dhyana (mediation or mindfulness) can help to improve both your physical and mental flexibility and wellbeing. Together we will practice breath work to invigorate the soul, postures that calm our nervous systems and mindfulness to bring stability to our inner thoughts. Let us help you find your oasis.

1st 10 Minutes: Mantra/Discussion
Duration - Vinyasa Yoga Flow
Closing: Dialogue [should students want to remain, they can and it will be announced].
10-15 Minutes: Discussion on Yoga's effects on mood and the metabolic systems and how we can use yoga to calm the mind and body
5 Minutes: Breathing techniques to help calm the mind and ground the body
40 Minutes: Vinyasa Yoga Flow
5 Minutes: Shavasana/guided meditation
Closing: Dialogue/Feedback/Questions - students are free to remain and discuss
